The Casa Rossi apartments are located at Gualdo, a quiet country area on the immediate outskirts of the little town of Capoliveri, about 1.5 km from the town itself and approx 1.3 km from the sandy beach of Naregno.

Set amidst green pine trees, surrounded by lawns and typical Mediterranean vegetation, Casa Rossi comprises 5 ground-floor apartments, which have been tastefully furnished paying careful attention to detail to ensure that guests enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Each apartment has colour TV, ceiling fan in the bedrooms, covered terrace furnished with table and chairs, parking area. Brick-built barbecue in apartments nos. 1 and 5.

The owners of Casa Rossi live on the first floor and their continuous presence and courtesy ensure that maximum attention is paid to efficient running of the structure.

Casa Rossi 3/4 (35 sq m):
Two-room apartments (sleep 4), adjacent and specular; each comprises living room with kitchen corner/dining area and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Partly covered spacious terrace, furnished with table and chairs. Independent heating system.

Casa Rossi 5 (35 sq m):
Two-room apartment (sleeps 3), comprising living room with kitchen corner/dining area and single sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Spacious terrace furnished with table and chairs, barbecue and sink. Independent heating system.
