"Girasole" apartments: two-roomed and three-roomed apartments situated in Marina di Campo, in the southern part of the Isle of Elba; managed by the owners as a family-run business, guests are guaranteed the maximum service to make their stay pleasant and comfortable. The apartments are well furnished, practical and fully equipped to ensure that your holiday on Elba is enjoyable. Apartments B - G are in the same building.

Apartment B
Lovely, spacious (100 m2) and comfortable apartment on the first and last floor of this small building, sleeps 7+1 (single extra bed can be added) with private car-parking for two cars. Situated just a few minutes walk from the town centre, shops and large, sandy beach at Marina di Campo, where there is a free beach as well as equipped areas of the beach. Garden with equipment, colour TV, suitable for two families.

Apartment F
In a small building, recently renovated apartment of 55 m2., sleeps 4/5 with own parking space. Situated just a few yards from the town centre, shops and large, sandy beach at Marina di Campo, where there is a free beach as well as equipped areas of the beach. Garden with equipment, colour TV. Newly furnished.

Apartment G
Lovely 75 m2 apartment, sleeps 4/6 (single extra bed can be added) with private car-parking place. Situated just a few yards from the town centre, shops and large, sandy beach at Marina di Campo, where there is a free beach as well as equipped areas of the beach. Garden with equipment, colour TV. Newly furnished.

The apartments B - F und G are in the same building.

Conditions
- Pets not allowed.
- Towels and bed linen not provided.
- Flexible durations for Easter and Bank Holiday weekends. Minimum stay 4 nights.
- Cauzione 200,00 euro.
- Final cleaning to be paid locally: G euro 60,00; B euro 70,00.
- Deposit equal to 30% of the total amount, payable at time of booking.
- Apartments B, F und G stays Saturday / Saturday.

Apartments must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure
and will be available for occupation from 15:00 to 19:00 on the day of arrival.

The apartments are available for rent all year round and are heated.
