Villa Apartments in Porto Azzurro
A convenient yet peaceful location, bordered by a wood of maritime pines and one of cork oak, slightly above the town of Porto Azzurro, close to the National Park of the Tuscan Archipelago.

Within easy walking distance of the sea and the main town square, the villa offers shade and gentle breezes. Access is by a private road and can be reached from anywhere on the island, with the additional bonus of avoiding the traffic queues into the town itself. Guests may use the large garden (2000 m2) of high trees such as palms, maritime pines and acacia and all the shrubs typical to the Mediterranean maquis, as well as fruit trees and flowers.

The house offers verandas, awnings, garden tables, sun umbrellas and deck chairs for lunching and dining al fresco and for relaxing in the shade during the heat of the day.
Satellite TV and WiFi ADSL available in both apartments. The house was renovated to comply with all legal safety requirements in 2008.

Apartment A with large windows overlooking the gardens and a panoramic view of Porto Azzurro. Comprising 3 rooms plus bathroom with shower and veranda:

• kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, gas rings and extractor fan, large table and bench;
• bathroom with shower;
• very large double bedroom;
• very large twin bedroom;
• covered veranda along two sides of the house equipped with 2 large sun umbrellas with electric motor, large table with chairs and deck chairs.

Apartment B with windows overlooking the palm trees in the garden and with view from the terrace of Porto Azzurro. Comprising 3 rooms plus bathroom with shower and terrace with umbrellas:

• kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, gas rings and extractor fan, table and 4 chairs;
• bathroom with bath and shower;
• very large double bedroom with television;
• twin bedroom;
• terrace along one side of the house equipped with sun umbrellas, table with chairs and deck chairs.
