Residence Lacona, surrounded by its marvellous green park of pine woods reaching the long sandy beach of Lacona, is the ideal place for those who are keen on water activities and for families with children. Residence Lacona is made up of three buildings set in the midst of a large green park of Hotel Lacona. Two buildings are about a hundred metres far from the beach, while the third one is located behind the hotel and is about three hundred meters far from the sea. Residence Lacona features a large free parking for guests usage.
The apartments of Residence Lacona are one-roomed apartments, two-roomed apartments and three-roomed apartments. Some of them have been recently refurbished, such as the new and wide three-roomed flats. All the two- and three-roomed apartments have two bathrooms.

Many areas are available for Residence Lacona guests: the large green park, the shaded garden, the beautiful and big swimming pool with whirlpool, tennis courts, mountain bikes and free parking.
Residence Lacona is the perfect destination for families with children because reserves many areas to the children: the playground located in the hotel park, the swimming pool and an animation program - in June, July and August - which is especially dedicated to them. The Mini Club is dedicated to children between 4 and 12 years old; the program provides morning games on the beach, afternoon games in the park, and evening baby dance.

One-room apartment type C 2/3 people
The one-room apartments of Residence Lacona are located in the three buildings around the hotel. They feature a living room with cooking corner, a sofa bed for two people, possibility to add an extra bed, bathroom with shower, balcony, colour TV. Stays from Sunday to Sunday and from Monday to Monday can be booked.

Two-room apartments type A 4/5 people
They are situated in the buildings 150 metres from the sea. Living room with cooking corner, 2 single sofa beds or bunk bed, double room with possibility to add an extra bed, two bathrooms, two small balconies, colour TV. Only reservations for stays from Sunday to Sunday are accepted.

Two-room apartments type B 5 people
They are situated in the buildings 150 metres from the sea. Living room with cooking corner, 2 single sofa beds, double room with possibility to add an extra bed, two bathrooms, two small balconies, two terraces, colour TV. Only reservations for stays from Sunday to Sunday are accepted.

Two-room apartment type D 4 people
They are situated in the building behind the hotel, 300 metres from the sea. Living room with cooking corner, double sofa bed, double room, two bathrooms, colour TV. Only reservations for stays from Monday to Monday are accepted.

Two-room apartment type D 5 people
They are situated in the building behind the hotel, 300 metres from the sea. Living room with cooking corner, double sofa bed, double room with additional bed, two bathrooms, a small balcony, colour TV. Only reservations for stays from Monday to Monday are accepted.

Three-room apartment type E 5/6 people
They are situated in the building behind the hotel, 300 metres from the sea. Recently refurbished, they feature a living room with double sofa bed, separated cooking corner, two double rooms, two bathrooms, a small balcony, colour TV in each bedroom. Only reservations for stays from Monday to Monday are accepted.

American bar, tv lounge, meeting rooms, newsagent, bar, tobacconsit, hairdresser, snack bar, pool with whirlpool area, children pool, 2 tennis courts, children playground, mountain bikes, private unguarded parking, free wi-fi. From 05.06.11 to 04.09.11 Soft animation: Mini Club for children between 4 and 12 years old with games on the beach and in the park during the day, baby dance and piano bar on alternate evenings.

The beach is only 150 mt far and can be easily reached walking through a small path through the pinewood. Beach facilities with fee at Bagni Lacona.
