We are a family that manages a residential structure situated in the beautiful Lacona Gulf, in the southern part of the island, with the large Lacona beach and the smaller Margidore beach, separated by the 2,5 km long Capo di Stella peninsula.

We dispose of 1/2 and 3 room apartments, some near to the sea, others in the surrounding hills. The apartments are mainly regrouped in three structures. A part of this we dispose also of some apartments in villas immersed in the green of the surrounding nature.

Apartments Caubbio

5 apartments, at just 100 meters of the sea, situated in a villa with two floors and a three family villa with one floor.

These apartments are situated near the west side of the large beach of Lacona, in a priviledged position for the beach as well as for excursions - trekking or mountain bike excursions. 200 meters far away various paths/roads, reaching Marina di Campo, are beginning: a concrete main road and a walking path around the peninsula that seperates the two largest beaches of the island. Even nearer you will find paths that, starting in a forest, lead to the 'Mulino a Vento' road that leads across the center of the island with marvelous walks and breathtaking panoramas.

Apartment Poggio Marcuccio

Apartment in a small villa with large garden and covered parking at just 800 meters from the sea.
This apartment is situated in the center of Lacona, in a very peaceful position, at the foot of the Colle Reciso hill, the steepest road of Elba and where you can find the starting point of various trekking and mountain bike excursions. Various paths lead to the 'Mulino a Vento' road that leads across the center of the island with marvelous walks and breathtaking panoramas. Even the beach can be reached by a small walk that leads you to the center of the Lacona bay.

Apartments Margidore

Group of 8 apartments in the center of Lacona, at 400 meters from the Margidore beach and 500 meters from the large Lacona beach, in various little villas in the middle of a pine forest.
The apartments are of various types, 1/2 and 3 room apartments, all in the pine wood. Nearby lies also our house, where we welcome our guests and then bringing them to their respective residences.

Apartment Il Cantone

4 apartments of recent construction, directly on the beach.
The apartments are situated at the edge of the large beach of Lacona where the cliffs are initiating, in an beautiful and enchanting area.

The management of this group of apartments is done in cooperation with the owners of the Tallinucci camp site, we manage the logistics, and Tallinucci manages the bookings.
