This old farmhouse has been recently restored and furnished in
Tuscan style. Centrally located on the island, it is easy to reach the
most popular beaches, entertainment areas and shops. The nearest beach
is Procchio only 1.2 km. away.
The Villa is surrounded by old vineyards and enjoys its own garden with
barbecue.
The villa is found just 100 mt. off the main road on an unpaved lane which
finishes in an open area used for private parking, opposite the main entrance
to the villa.
Two-room flat. Sleeps 1 ( + 1 request). Charming, spacious living
room with sofabed, double bedroom, cooking corner and bathroom with shower. The sofabed can be isolated from the rest of the room with a panelled
curtain. The flat is located on the ground floor, opposite the garden,
and is equipped with heating.
Three-room flat. Sleeps 2 ( + 2 request). Pleasant living room and cooking corner,
double bedroom plus second bedroom with two twin beds, bathroom with shower.
Located on first floor of the Villa with independent access.
Three-room flat. Sleeps 4 ( + 1 request). Large, nicely furnished living room
with cooking corner, two double bedrooms, divided bathroom with shower.
