Residence Alithai

The residence Alithai is situated in a residential area at approx. 7 km from Portoferraio, some steps away from the delicious little fisher village Magazzini, with its little harbour in front of the splendid Portoferraio gulf.

The residence is composed of 34 apartments in row buildings on 4 different levels, surrounded by the green. All the apartments are on the ground floor, have a shaded veranda, some with barbecue. The residence disposes also of a swimmingpool (which can be used also during the night), a bar, a TV room, a private parking with personal magnetic access card, safe at the reception, laundromat.
