A small villa surrounded with nature and quietness in Località
Castiglione, a well-known and interesting archaeological site: on the
top of the hill nearby (Serra di Castiglione) there is a probable Etruscan
site (V century b. C.).
The small villa stands at 50 m. above sea, 2 km. far (3
minutes by car) from the centre of Marina di Campo and ist wonderful beach
and 5/10 minutes far from the most beautiful beaches of the South West
side of the isle (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia, Pomonte ecc.).
It stands near the Agriturismo Castiglione, surrounded with
holm-oaks, cork-oaks, vineyards and olive groves, a pine-wood and Mediterranean
bush that make the whole area calm and quiet but very close to the most
known and characteristic places of Elba for an exciting night-life.
The flat is composed as follows:
An independent entrance in stone, a reserved car park, a large garden
with fence, kitchen – dining room with color Tv, 2 double bedrooms (for
a total of 4 beds, at request can be added one more bed in one of the
2 bedrooms), bathroom with bath-tub, garden with a table, chairs and barbecue
and an outdoor shower very useful after sunbathing on the wonderful beaches
of Isola d’Elba.
Two-room apartment with spacious living
area, kitchenette and double sofa bed,
small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4 in all). Colour TV.
WC with shower, outside area with gazebo and patio furniture for meals
in the open,
barbecue, large private garden, outside shower, private parking space. |
