Capoliveri is the goal of many national and international VIP’s, perhaps it is the only Elban town that could be called a tourist village, it is one of the most fascinating and typical towns of Elba.

Its territory is incredibly beautiful, there is great variety and round every corner there are new things to see, like its beaches, that make up more than half of Elba’s beaches.
The town, which has kept its medieval character, is on one of the many hills that design the Elban landscape. Lanes, small squares and arches are important features of this enchanting town, which also offers the tourist every amenity.

Our houses are functionally furnished in the personal taste of the owner. They are both near the sea and in the village or scattered in the countryside between the coast and the village.
The majority are small villas for one or more families with private parking, found in quiet and scenic areas. They all have a garden, terrace or balcony.

They are the ideal solution to enjoy the many free sandy beaches that can be easily reached, especially notable are: Barabarca, Zuccale, Madonna delle Grazie, Morcone, Pareti, Innamorata, Naregno, Straccoligno and Lacona.

Distance from the sea: from 150 to 2900 metres. Tourist facilities are all over the area: restaurants, bars, pizzerias, chemists, bank, post office, various types of shops, discotheques and night clubs.

Sports and other activities: sailing schools, windsurf, scuba diving, diving tank recharging, tennis, golf, horse riding, renting of boats, moorings, cars, motor bikes and bicycles.
