After a long renovation of the building and the arrangement of the exteriors by the young and passionate owners, we are happy to offer you a wonderful and unique accomodation on the island of Elba: a structure for holidays on a farm at just 300 meters from the sea, surrounded by 330.000 sqm. of cultivated land, mediterranean macchia vegetation, occupying a whole valley until the sea, ending in a splendid little creek framed by beautiful and untouched cliffs.

The apartments are situated on the northern coast of the island with a spectacular view over the sea and the arcipelago, right in front of the Capraia island. The renovation of the building was done keeping intact all the old tuscan building caracteristics: wooden beams, millstones, old oven for bread baking.... From the residence a 300 meters long path leads to the sea through a fresh holm oak wood finishing in an esclusive creek framed by splendid cliffs.

It also seams surprising that from this silent, remote and savage mediterranean environment one reaches after a little more of 1 km. of concrete road the vivid fisher village of Cavo. Here one finds a large sandy beach, ideal for children because of the shallow waters, as well as restaurants, bars, shops and all services necessary during ones vacation. Not far away are situated the old iron mines, today abandonned and alowly covered by the vivid local vegetation.

An excursion to the mines is an interesting alternatif to a day at the beach. On request we accept animals. Ideal for those who want to spend a really special vacation in one of the most exclusif places of the Tuscan Arcipelago, surrounded by the sents of the sea and the mediterranean macchia vegetation, immersed in the peace of the anciant countryside of Elba.

ARCO (2-rooms, 4 pers. + 1 child under 12). Groundfloor.The apartment lies directly in front of the sea with private and equipped outside space for diner and relax. The apartment disposes of of a living room with bed couch and seperated kitchenette, room with double bed, bathroom with shower.

PALMENTO (1-room apartment 3 pers. + 1 child under 12). Groundfloor.The apartment is called so, because of the old concrete structure, well renovated, where in anciant times the grapes were crushed and were today is installed a double bed. A bed couch in the same room allows to host two guests. A door separates the 1-room apartment from the kitchenette and the bathroom with shower. The outside space enjoys the same view over the sea as the apartment Arco and disposes of table and chairs for outside diner and relax.

VOLTA (1-room apartment 2 persons ). Groundfloor. The name of the apartment comes from the beautiful renovated cross vault in the apartment. From the apartment one has access to a small kitchen and bathroom. Equipped outside space.

CAPRAIA (2-room apartment, 4 pers. + 2 children under 12). First floor. In the living room, well renovated, is still the antique fire place and it is possible to eat outside on the terrasse. The bed room is very spacious with a double bed and bunk beds. The view over the sea from the windoe of the room is spectacular.

GORGONA (2-Zim.Whg., 4 Pers.)
Von der grossen, zum draussen essen ausgerüsteten Terrasse, erreicht man das Wohnzimmer mit Kochnische und Bettsofa. Das grosse Schlafzimmer (25 Qm) besitzt ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett mit einem Fenster mit einem herlichen Blick über das Meer.
