Residence Fiorenzo

Residenza Fiorenzo stands in its own spacious gardens, shaded by well-established pines and palm trees, on the hillside that climbs up towards the little town of Capoliveri, a favourite spot with artists.

The residential complex consists of several small detached cottages and two and three-room apartments, each with its own separate entrance and private terrace, complete with garden furniture.
The comfortable apartments are tastefully furnished and all have orthopaedic beds, while the three-room apartments have two bathrooms and freezer.
The Residence is managed personally by the owners who ensure that guests enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
A children’s playground, tennis court, barbecue, car-park, bar, pizzeria, and "Il Nascondiglio" restaurant are also available for guests’ use.

The Casa Rosa lodge at Tignitoio, near Straccoligno beach, is ideal for anyone wishing to spend a quiet holiday in close contact with nature. Accommodation consists of 5 two and three-room apartments with a magnificent sea view.
Animals are allowed (at no extra charge) subject to authorisation by the Residence Management.
Fiorenzo is strategically positioned, only a few minutes away from the little mediaeval town of Capoliveri, probably the most picturesque town on the island.

In the summer months Capoliveri organizes evening entertainment which includes various interesting cultural and musical events. Visitors may also enjoy browsing around the little shops and boutiques in the town’s narrow little streets and alleyways.
