beautiful and characteristic areas of southern Isola d'Elba.
The apartments have a private garden or balcony, face the
sea and are part of a small apartment complex.

Each unit has an independent entrance and numbered car space within
a reserved parking area. Complex has small private beach,
common area with terrace/solarium, barbecue area with table
and outside shower.

First unit (1st floor, 1 BR): 1 double bedroom. 2 sofabeds,
small kitchenette separated from living room by a sliding door,
bathroom with shower. Large terrace with table, chairs, sun umbrella,
2 loungers, hammock.

Second unit (2nd floor, 2 BR): 1 double bedroom, second room with
2 twin beds (optionally with a king-size bed or third bed), kitchen
with 1 queen-size sofabed, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace with
table, chairs, sub umbrella, 2 loungers, sun shade.

Both units are furnished in a warm and modern style with color
satellite TV, window screens, electric heaters (for the off season).
Particularly good for families with children, considering the
closeness to the sea, and for those who love a quiet and
relaxing holiday.
A restaurant with bar is available inside the complex.
A mini market is close by.
Rates include utilities, furnishing and move-out cleaning costs.
