The Residenza “Il Casale” a small and elegant building, was built as a farm on the seaside and has been restored at the end of the 1990’s. It’s situated on a hill in the residential area of Marina di Campo and is surrounded by views of the sky, the sea and the mediterranean vegetation.
The 4 apartments (one 3-room apartment 6 pax, and three 2-room apartments 4 pax) all with seaview, have a private terrace and garden equipped with barbecue and private parking in order to offer our visitors a beautiful and peaceful holiday.
“Il Casale” is located only 800m away from the beach of Marina di Campo, well-known for its crystal clear water and golden sand.Our guests have special price conditions at “Bagni Pineta” a local rent for beach facilities.
The “Costa del Sole” just a few minutes by car or bike is good to explore other bays as “Fetovaia” and “Cavoli” or to have a trip on the top of the Monte Capanne (elbas highest mountain) havin gorgeus views up to corse and the whole Tuscan archipel.
