Apartments for 2 persons, less then 10 minutes from the sea across private stairs: The bedroom has a double bed and the cooking corner is separated from the bedroom. The bathroom is spacious. There is a garden to be divided with another apartment, but each apartment has its private table, beach-umbrella, deck chairs and sun-beds.

Apartments for 5 persons with large enclosed garden:
2 bedrooms, (one with double bed, the other with bunk beds and a single bed), a dining-room with TV, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom (shower/WC) with washing machine, external shower.

5 minutes walk to the beach of Pareti across private steps.

The garden is independent and furnished with table, chairs, deck-chairs, sun-beds. From one side of the garden you can see the beautiful bay of Pareti. The garden is enclosed and it is possible to park the car inside. On the other side of the road, there are private stairs down to the beach.

The apartment is on the ground floor: it has 3 rooms with very big window-doors which give independence to each room. On the upper floor is the owner’s apartment.
