The villa is set in 3000 square metres of beautiful grounds, lawns, orchards and olive groves, which are all protected by a fence and entry gate with remote control access.
The beach and town centre are approximately 800 metres away and are easily reached on foot or by bicycle. Four bicycles are available for use by guests free of charge; these include a child’s bike and a bicycle with child seat.
The ONE-ROOMED studio apartment (sleeps 4) is approximately 30 square metres in size and contains a small kitchen area, bunk beds and a double bed (not sofa bed), TV and bathroom with shower.
The TWO-ROOMED studio apartment (sleeps 4) is approximately 50 square metres in size and contains a double bedroom, wardrobe, living room with small kitchen area, sofa bed and TV. Bathroom with shower.
The apartments, both with heating, are also available for rent in the winter months. |
