The apartment is situated along one of the typical alleyways in the
old town of Capoliveri, one of the best-known and most often visited places
on the island, where there is a wide variety of cultural events ranging
from music concerts to theatre and poetry evenings.
The apartment, measuring 50 m2, is on the first floor and has its own
outside entrance. There is a lounge with kitchen area, bedroom, bathroom
and storeroom. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped, including
oven and fridge.
The lounge has a sofa bed sleeping two and Satellite TV. Air conditioning. The lounge opens
into a hall area leading to a twin bedroom (double bed on request) and
the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment was completely
renovated and newly furnished at the beginning of 2008.
During the summer season a shuttle-bus service operates between Capoliveri
and the most beautiful beaches nearby. These can also be reached by car
in ten to fifteen minutes. Ample car parking facilities are available
in areas around the old town, from where it only takes a few minutes to
reach the apartment on foot. |
