La Biodola
The Gulf of Biodola is one of the most charming and spectacular places of the Island of Elba. Situated 10 km away from Portoferraio, the bay is reached from the Procchio to Marciana road, in a north west direction. On the 600 meters of fine, white beach of La Biodola there are two villages called Scaglieri and Forno with their own little beaches, moreover there are the most well-known hotels, offering many services.

For those who love sport many activities are available: sailing and windsurf school, diving centre, tennis, golf (6 holes) and boats to rent.
The beach connects La Biodola to Scaglieri and the little borgo di Forno, within easy walking distance.

Forno
Forno is a small, quiet fishing village facing the bay of Biodola. To arrive at Forno you must follow the directions for Biodola and turn right before you reach the junction to Scaglieri.
Its pleasant position means it has long, unforgettable days of sun and sea with gorgeous sunsets. The temperature is mild also during the hot season and is ideal for little children.

During the summer a charming restaurant with bar is open and there is the possibility of renting beach umbrellas and sun-beds. Not far away, in Scaglieri and La Biodola, there is a minimarket, a newspaper shop and tobacco kiosk, a few restaurants, a beauty centre and many sports activities.

Baiablu Apartments
The apartments are situated in Forno, 30 meters from the sea, overlooking the gulf and alongside them there is a pathway along the coast. The track is an agreeable walk to Punta Penisola where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. For lovers of walking and jogging, it is possible to reach Viticcio through the signposted track.

The flats are newly furnished and they have balconies or terraces with tables and chairs, satellite Astra and Hotbird TV if you bring your own decoder, safe, fridge, and freezer.
