Sunset Villa, Island of Elba.
Located near Capoliveri, in the county of Barabarca-Stecchi (also the name of the area's beaches), Sunset Villa is one part of a detached holiday residence. It is set in a very peaceful spot on a green hillside which welcomes you with the sweet scents of rosemary, broom and eucalyptus.

The hill slopes down to the nearby bay. You'll find the coastline here laced with small, secluded beaches and, like generations before you, you'll be delighted by the rocky terrain and crystal blue of the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa is situated on the southern part of Elba, where the sun is known to shine for longer. It is just a short drive (12 kms or 15 minutes) from the Elba harbour of Portoferraio. When you arrive, you'll find your eye drawn west towards Corsica and some truly spectacular sunsets.

Sunset Villa has 160 m2 of living space, surrounded by a big (3,300 m2 ) garden and a 300 sqm terrace with spectacle view on the Gulfs of Lacona and Stella. The entire villa (including the bathrooms) has been completely and elegantly renovated, it sleeps up to 8 people.

There are 3 bathrooms and four bedrooms, three of these have queen-size beds, the fourth bedroom is smaller, with bunk beds. All rooms are fitted with fly screens. The living room has satellite TV and videoregistrator, a fireplace and a safe.

The kitchen is modern and includes a dishwasher (Miele) and washing machine as well as its own dining area.
You can also eat al fresco under a large palm tree at the outdoor marble dining table or have a barbeque on the roofed sea-view terrace. A garage and a roofed three car port are provided in order to be able to park cars in the shade.

The beach is two minutes' walk down a sloping path and the supermarket just 2 kms away.
You can hire parasols, deck chairs, rubber dinghies, pedal boats and aqua scooters at nearby beaches. We provide babies, free, with strollers and baby beds as required.

The beautiful village of Capoliveri, where you'll want to spend some time trying local cuisine in the tempting restaurants, is only 1.5 kms from the villa (15 minutes by foot).
