Note: Backed by steep white cliffs covered with lush Mediterranean vegetation, Prunini beach seldom gets crowded, despite its crystal-clear water and magnificent seabed.
To get to Prunini, take the road from Portoferraio and head towards Viticcio.
A short distance after passing the turning that leads back to Portoferraio, a road sign indicates the beach. Unfortunately there is no car-park and you have to make do with leaving your car where the road widens.
