Taking advantage of the Best Offer does have some restrictions

• There is only a limited number of special offers available (depending on dates and crossings).
• They are valid for all crossings but only if booked at Best Offer prices..
• The special offers are usually only for passengers who are taking their car across, whether or not they wish a cabin.
• The special offer tickets cannot normally be bought in the port on the day of crossing and must be booked beforehand.
• Only a special offer ticket on the Sardinia and Corsica crossings can be changed. Any change made means you will have to pay a fee of €10 per crossing (Corsica) or €25 per crossing (Sardinia), as well as any difference in price. These extra fees also apply if there is any change in passenger names. For the Island of Elba, and the S.Teresa-Bonifacio crossing, no change may be made at all, (not even a name change).
• No partial or whole refund can be given on a special offers ticket, regardless of which crossing it is for. Even if you cancel your booking you will nonetheless have to pay a fee equivalent to the entire cost of the ticket.
• Unless otherwise stated no special offers ticket will be refunded, nor can it be accumulative to other discounts or promotions.
• Vehicles that have been booked through a promotion price, unless otherwise stated, can only be cars (even small vans) up to 5 m long and 2.20 m high. Promotional prices are not valid for all goods transport vehicles (loaded or empty) . Vans and pick-ups are not normally considered cars.
• When you book a vehicle through a special offer, the staff at the ferry will check that vehicle and booking coincide. Should you come without your vehicle you will be chatged a fee.
• Should the vehicle at the ferry be different in any way to the one booked a fee will be charged.
• The fees are normally the entire cost of the most expensive tickets on our list.

• Details:One way ticket only for 1 person + vehicle up to 5 m (Length)
• Crossings: Piombino - Portoferraio - Piombino and Piombino - Cavo - Piombino

• Maximum length: 6 metres for all vehicles.
• Crossings: Piombino - Portoferraio - Piombino and Piombino - Cavo - Piombino.
