Freccialink: Getting to Elba by train and bus
With connections with the Frecce trains to and from Bologna, Milan, Padova and Venice
Thanks to the Freccialink service, an all inclusive ticket allows you to travel on board the "Frecce" trains then continue by bus, that is, you leave from the SMN station in Florence (the side where the taxis are) and arrive in Piombino Marittima, where you board the ferry for the Island of Elba.
The service will be in force on on 1,2,4, June / every day from 01/07/23 to 31/08/23 / Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11/06/2023 to 30/06/2023 and from 01/09/2023 to 17/09/2023. Deleted on 15/08/202.
Connections with the the Frecce trains to and from Turin, Milan, Venice, Bologna, Naples and Salerno.

Bus tickets are available solely with a connecting Freccia train. You may buy your ticket on line, at the station ticket offices, travel agencies and self service machines.
