Fame Chimica is a small street food business known for its "Mega Sandwiches" that make your mouth water just by looking at them: a firm favourite among young people and our customers!
We love cooking, coming up with new ideas and reinventing ourselves. We put dedication into every dish, with quality above all else. In fact, we choose the meat and prepare it ourselves!
We focus not only on quality but also on quantity, that’s how we like it!
We spend a lot of time with our customers because we believe they are the first people who can give us useful advice, so we can grow together.
Our mission: to satisfy the deepest desires of human beings, namely those of the stomach!
We focus on good food, a fun staff and an atmosphere that makes you feel as comfortable as you do at home.
We prepare the meat ourselves, freshly minced and put straight into the sandwich!
As well as being generously filled, our sandwiches are entirely conceived and created by us. The bread is artisan-made and the sauces are homemade. In particular, our Fame Chimica sauce, made with a mayonnaise base and other secret ingredients that we cannot reveal, is not spicy.
Our unusual opening hours! As you might expect, we are open at night and every day, from 6:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m., Monday to Thursday. On Fridays until 3:00 a.m., on Saturdays until 4:00 a.m. and on Sundays until 2:00 a.m.
At Fame Chimica, you can come alone, with friends, your partner, relatives and family, or work colleagues. We are a pet-friendly, lgtbq+ venue.
After opening the sandwich shop on Statale Fiorentina, in 2021 we opened our venue on Isola d'Elba and it was an immediate success, with a seemingly endless queue throughout the summer.
But be aware, we are not only open in summer, but all year round!
