In the heart of Elba Island, our restaurant is a small corner of nature within the Sapereta Agricultural Estate.

Ristorante Sapereta offers cuisine rooted in ancient Tuscan traditions. Using simple ingredients such as vegetables from our garden, fresh pasta, homemade bread, extra virgin olive oil, and organic wine that we produce ourselves.

We are open for both lunch and dinner, or you can visit us for a delightful aperitif or a breakfast in the countryside... perhaps with warm bread and jam!!!

We also organize tastings for small groups, offering you the opportunity to learn more about our wines and products linked to the history and territory.
