Born from the meeting of two young chefs with international training, Sentiero presents a contemporary cuisine that blends Italian and Spanish roots, discovery, tradition and invention.
The setting is intimate and reserved, with only 25 seats, offering a warm and elegant welcome. There is no fixed menu, but two itineraries that evolve constantly, inspired by the seasons and the best local ingredients: Sentiero nel Blu and Sentiero nel Verde, a vegetarian option.
Each dish is a surprise, designed to engage and stimulate the senses, always respecting flavour and the quality of the ingredients.
