Sayam Food Truck is located inside Camping Village Casa dei Prati and offers an original cuisine created from the meeting of Italian tradition and the aromas of Thailand.
The project was born from a family story shaped by travel, memories and a passion for good food. The name Sayam recalls ancient Siam, the historical name of Thailand, and represents harmony and the encounter between different cultures, flavours and traditions.
Italian-Thai cuisine
The menu combines Thai recipes and Italian specialities, freshly prepared using carefully selected ingredients and with great attention to quality.
Among the dishes inspired by Thai cuisine are well-known classics such as Pad Thai and different varieties of curry, characterised by intense aromas, spices and flavourful combinations. Alongside the Asian dishes, guests can also enjoy Italian specialities, including homemade fresh pasta.
Takeaway or dining surrounded by greenery
Guests can order food to take away or enjoy their meal in the welcoming outdoor area of the campsite, furnished with wooden tables and surrounded by greenery.
The informal and relaxed atmosphere makes Sayam a pleasant place for a dinner with a difference, an evening with friends or a break dedicated to discovering new flavours while immersed in nature.
Open to outside guests
Sayam Food Truck is not reserved exclusively for guests staying at Camping Village Casa dei Prati. It also warmly welcomes visitors staying elsewhere or anyone wishing to experience a cuisine that brings Italy and Thailand together in an authentic and creative way.
