Located between Morcone Beach and Innamorata Beach, Pareti represents, along with the nearby beaches, a true haven of peace and nature. It is completely surrounded by Mediterranean scrub with pine trees, eucalyptus, prickly pears, palms, and agaves.
The beach, not very long (200 meters), is mainly made up of golden sand with some fine gravel and a seabed that gently slopes towards a blue and transparent sea.
The beach offers many services and is suitable for those who love comfort and for families with young children.
It is also possible to practice many sports activities such as diving on the beach!
Fun fact: The beach was chosen as a logistical base by Jacques Mayol and Umberto Pellizzari to set their world records in free diving.
Located between Punta Morcone and Punta Pareti, it is sheltered from most winds and opens up to the stunning panorama of the southern Elba peninsulas: Capo Stella, Capo di Fonza, Capo Poro, and, on clearer days, even Corsica.
On its sides, there are two other small beaches, accessible through the rocks or by swimming.
Continuing along the eastern coast of Monte Calamita, you can find, amidst natural beauty and traces of ancient mining activity, some of the island's most beautiful beaches in terms of water quality, accessible only by sea: Il Calone, Le Francesche, Miniera di Calamita, Il Cannello, and Vetrangoli.
How to reach Pareti Beach
The beach is easily accessible by following the road that connects it to the center of Capoliveri, which is about 3 km away. However, it is more difficult to find parking for the car; if you're not staying at one of the tourist accommodations, the only option is to leave the vehicle on the side of the road.
If you choose not to drive, you can take advantage of the Minibus service that operates during the summer season and takes you from Capoliveri down to the beach.
