Cinemas on the Island of Elba

At long last, after they were closed for many years, two cinemas were opened again in 2015, one inMarciana Marina, the other in Capoliveri, while in 2013 the Nello Santi inside the De Laugier Centre in Portoferraio was re-opened.

The programmes include all the films being shown in Italy, and during the winter months, cultural events are also held as a way of providing alternative entertainment that is high quality at the same time
