Island of Elba - Italy 2021 UCI Mountain Bike Marathon World Championship 2021

The Mountain Bike Marathon World Championship, the most important MTB Marathon on a worldwide level, in 2021 will be held on the island of Elba.

The UCI (International Union of Cyclists) has declared that, as far as the off-road disciplines are concerned, the world championship, that initially was to take place in Manizels (Columbia), will be held in Italy instead, and, to be more precise, in Elba.

The UCI Mountain Bike Marathon world championship is one of the championships in the world of cycling. It is held every year by the International Union of Cyclists, and the marathon world champion award, one of the disciplines of mountain biking, is granted both to the winners in both the male and female Elite categories.

The multicoloured race will be run by the ASD Capoliveri Bike Park with the assistance of all the local authorities in Elba.
