Elbatrail "Eleonoraxvincere" - Marciana Marina

One of the last races that are held in spring on the Island of Elba is the Elbatrail. Organised by the A.S.D. Island of Elba Athletics it is an appointment that is not to be missed if you are among the many fans of trail running.

Along with other very challenging competitive races there also exist other types of races more suited to amateurs. 

In competitive races the different types of routes go from single track to forest paths and cobbled roads:

• Elba Trail:45 km D+ 3000 metres
• Non competitive 7000 Steps: 20 km D+ 1000
• Non competitive ecological Walk: 3km

Interesting fact: The GTE Reloaded was held in 2018, and is a very technical route of 60 km with D+ 3230 with departure in Cavo and arrival in Marciana Marina.

The Elba Trail races are organised with the "EleonoraXVincere" project that supports the Amici del Madagascar non-profit organization.
