Azienda Agricola Elisa is known for its seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as artisan jams. Other producers include Azienda Agricola Castiglione, specialising in high-quality honey, and Azienda Agricola Le Tortore, which offers fresh eggs, fruit and vegetables produced locally.
A significant contribution also comes from Azienda Agricola Il Caprile, renowned for its artisan goat’s cheeses, and from Conte Peria Gustibus, which brings liqueurs, spirits, wines and the celebrated Aleatico dell’Elba DOCG to the market.
Azienda Agricola Dei Girasoli offers locally grown fruit and vegetables, bread and artisan baked goods. It also sells I Due Poderi extra virgin olive oil and Elbolea natural cosmetics, made with extra virgin olive oil.
Agriturismo Faucci, with its Gocce di Lavanda range, brings a selection of natural products made from medicinal lavender to the market.
