In 2020 the European Music Island Festival takes place once again, stronger and better than before, and yet again great faith will be put to the importance of music and culture.
The fact that this year the historical special event is now at its 24th edition explains just how close to the heart the concert will be, and will involve the protagonists from September 2nd to 8th; both national and international famous artists like the pianist Andrea Lucchesini, the cellists like Mario Brunello and Raphael Bell, the violonists Giuliano Carmignola and Boris Garlitsky, the violinist Sào Soulez Larivière and the trumpeter Enrico Rava.
Thanks to the invaluable support on behalf of the Municipality of Portoferraio, that has always helped with the organization of the Festival, and in collaboration with other Municipalities on the Island, the event will be divided into six concerts, three of which will be held in Portoferraio, one in Rio dell'Elba, one in Marciana Marina and one in Marciana.
All the concerts will be held in the open, and will be in full respect of the social distance and safety rules and regulations, and they will be broadcasted live on streaming on the Facebook page and on the Festival web site.
