If you start off at the extreme end of the Scoglietto, then go eastwards and head for the open sea, you will go past a sandbar with posidonia and you will see a row of yellow sea fans, while the cracks on the ridge are covered in sea anemonies.
At a depth of -30/35 m. you will see three large grottos and you will see that the vaults are covered in yellow sponges while if you swim inside you will be able to see lobsters and nudibranches.
The rear wall of the grotto consists of sand and is at a depth of -40 metres below the surface, and here you will see many groupers and forkbeards while if you look out towards the open sea you will see many bonitos and small tunas. You might even see some sunfish.
