My apartments are located directly opposite the beach of Marina di Campo, at the beginning of Via Roma, at number 260, in the pedestrian area, in the town center, on the first floor of a two-storey building overlooking a private garden and the sea.

The location is extremely convenient: the beach and shops are within walking distance.

All pets are welcome.

Public parking is about 100 metres away. There is also the possibility to rent a private covered parking space nearby.

The apartments are fully equipped: guests only need to bring bed linen, towels and a hairdryer. A cot with side rails for children is also available. The apartments are equipped with television, ceiling fans in the living room and in the double bedroom, and a washing machine located in the ground-floor laundry room for guests’ free use.

I personally welcome guests upon arrival and during the summer I am always present for any needs they may have.

Guests can benefit from a 10% discount on the rental of beach umbrellas and sunbeds at the Capriccio beach establishment and a discount on ferry tickets with the companies Toremar and Moby.

Three-room apartment

The three-room apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower box, small bedroom with bunk bed, small terrace, large living room with kitchenette and refrigerator with freezer. In the living room there is a double sofa bed.

Two-room apartment

The two-room apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower box, small terrace, living room with kitchenette and refrigerator with freezer. In the living room there is a sofa bed with pull-out bed that can be used, if necessary, as a single or double bed.
