My apartments are located opposite the beach in Marina di Campo, at the beginning of Via Roma, at number 260, in the pedestrian area, in the town centre, on the first floor of a two-storey building overlooking a private garden and the sea.
The location is extremely convenient: the beach and shops are within walking distance.
All pets are welcome.
Public parking is about 100 metres away. It is also possible to rent a private, covered parking space nearby.
The apartments are fully equipped: guests only need to bring bed linen, towels and a hairdryer. A cot with safety rails for children is also available. The apartments have a television, ceiling fans in the living room and double bedroom, and a washing machine located in the laundry room on the ground floor, which guests can use free of charge.
I personally welcome guests on arrival and during the summer I am always available for anything they may need.
Guests can benefit from a 10% discount on the rental of beach umbrellas and sun loungers at the Capriccio beach establishment and a discount on ferry tickets with Toremar and Moby.
Two-bedroom apartment
The two-bedroom apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower enclosure, small bedroom with bunk beds, small terrace, spacious living room with kitchenette and fridge-freezer. The living room also has a double sofa bed.
One-bedroom apartment
The one-bedroom apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower enclosure, small terrace, living room with kitchenette and fridge-freezer. The living room has a sofa bed with a pull-out bed that can be used, when needed, as either a single or double bed.
