My apartments are located in front of the beach of Marina di Campo, at the beginning of Via Roma, at number 260, in the pedestrian area, in the village center, on the first floor of a two-storey building that overlooks a private garden and the sea.

The location is convenient: the beach and shops are within walking distance.

All pets are welcome.

The public parking is about 100 meters..There is the option to rent a private and covered parking space.

The apartments are equipped with everything: guests need only bring bedding and towels and and hair dryer. There is also a cut for children. They are equipped with television, ceiling fan in the room and in the master bedroom, washing machine, located in the laundry room in the ground floor free for guests.

Personally I receive the guests upon their arrival and during the summer i am always there for any need.

Customers will benefit from a 10% discount on the rental of umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach to Capriccio and a 20% discount for the purchase of a ferry ticket with the Toremar and Moby companies.

The apartment is composed of double bedroom, bathroom with shower, bedroom with bunk beds, balcony, large living room with kitchen and refrigerator freezer: in the room is a sofa bed.

The apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony, living room with kitchen and fridge freezer: in the room is a sofa bed with pull-out bed that can be used to 'occurrence as bed single or double.

Sea-Front 2 rooms apartment

The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor, surrounded by greenery, and overlooks a large garden with direct access to the seafront and beach. It features a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower box, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and washing machine, as well as a double sofa bed. It also has a small private outdoor area furnished for al fresco dining. This apartment does not have air conditioning but is equipped with fans.
