An oasis of peace and tranquillity: this is how Residenza Airone Blu can be described, the ideal place to retreat to after a day spent basking in the sun on the nearby beach. Surrounded by a beautiful garden where palm trees stand tall and oleanders spread their intense fragrance, it is located about 20 metres from the sandy beach of Pareti and about 2.5 km from the centre of Capoliveri, a charming village perched on a hill overlooking almost the entire Isola d'Elba, with Golfo Stella on one side, Porto Azzurro on the other and the nearby small islands of Pianosa and Montecristo.
The Residence includes 3 one-bedroom apartments with terrace sleeping 3 or 4 people, and 1 studio apartment with terrace sleeping 3 people. The apartments are furnished in a simple but well-kept style, with a double bedroom in the one-bedroom apartments and a double bed on a mezzanine in the studio apartment, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed or two single beds, bathroom with shower, terrace equipped for outdoor dining, colour DTT TV.
Each apartment has a reserved parking space within the Residence. In the shared garden there is a barbecue area available to guests, as well as an outdoor shower and a washbasin.
Pareti beach, sandy and sheltered to the south by the bay of the same name, can be reached on foot directly from the courtyard of the Residence. The beach is particularly suitable for children, as it lies within a small bay and is sheltered from the winds, and offers various tourist services: bar, restaurant, self-service restaurant, parasol and sun lounger hire, inflatable boat hire, windsurfing and pedal boats. It is an ideal place for diving enthusiasts: nearby is the internationally renowned “Il Corsaro” Diving Centre, which organises daily dives with equipped boats and qualified instructors, as well as excursions along the coast of Isola d'Elba. The freediver Jacques Maiol had his logistical base on Pareti beach. Not far from the Residence there are tennis courts and a minimarket. A shuttle bus service to the centre of Capoliveri and the local beaches is also available.
Residenza Airone Blu is particularly suitable for families with children, and pets are also welcome, provided the usual rules of coexistence are respected.
