The Alloro apartments are located in a historic building from the 18th century, nestled in a green and peaceful area. They are a few steps away from the picturesque Marciana Marina promenade, which connects the old fishing village of Cotone to the renowned tourist harbor, where the ancient Appiani Tower, the symbol of the town, stands. The seaside walk offers a wide choice of restaurants, where the culinary culture reaches excellent levels, as well as numerous shops and boutiques.
The apartments have been recently renovated, preserving the warmth and elegance of the architectural elements of the past. The interior has been enriched with a modern and welcoming furniture, and equipped with all the comforts necessary to ensure an ideal stay.
Alloro 1 – Three-room apartment on the second floor
This three-room apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of a living/dining area with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Alloro 2 - Charming one-bedroom apartment on the first floor
This apartment is ideal for a couple or a family of three. It consists of a living/dining area with a kitchenette and a one-and-a-half seater sofa bed, a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower. For the comfort of guests, there is also a small table with chairs on the external landing.
Alloro 5 - Romantic open space one-bedroom apartment
Located on the second floor, the one-bedroom Alloro 5 boasts a magnificent frescoed ceiling that adds a unique touch of elegance. The entrance opens onto a cozy living area with a kitchen and sofa, while the sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Alloro 6 - Spacious three-room apartment with a small terrace
Located on the second floor and set on two levels, this apartment offers on the lower floor a large living/dining area with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a second bathroom, and a staircase leading to a small terrace. From here you can enjoy a lovely view of the town and Mount Capanne.
Alloro 7 - Large four-room apartment on the ground floor
The Alloro 7 apartment is set on two floors. The ground floor consists of a large living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with pantry, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and includes a lofted double bedroom with a private bathroom and a second double bedroom, also with a private bathroom.
