The Alloro apartments are located in a historic 18th-century building, surrounded by a green and peaceful area. They are just a few steps away from the picturesque seafront of Marciana Marina, which connects the old fishing village of Cotone to the renowned marina, where the ancient Torre degli Appiani, the symbol of the town, stands. The seafront promenade offers a wide choice of restaurants, where the local food culture reaches excellent standards, as well as numerous shops and boutiques.

The apartments have been recently renovated, preserving the warmth and elegance of the original architectural features. The interiors have been enhanced with modern and welcoming furnishings and equipped with all the necessary comforts to ensure an ideal stay.

Alloro 1 – Three-room apartment on the second floor

This three-room apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of a living/dining area with a double sofa bed, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with bathtub.

Alloro 2 - Charming one-bedroom apartment on the first floor

This apartment is ideal for a couple or a family of three. It consists of a living/dining area with kitchenette and a small double sofa bed, a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower enclosure. For guests' comfort, a small table with chairs is also available on the outdoor landing.

Alloro 5 - Romantic open-plan one-bedroom apartment

Located on the second floor, the Alloro 5 apartment boasts a magnificent frescoed ceiling that adds a uniquely elegant touch. The entrance opens onto a welcoming living area with kitchen and sofa, while the sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with shower enclosure.

Located on the second floor and arranged over two levels, this apartment offers a spacious living/dining area with double sofa bed, kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower enclosure on the lower floor. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a second bathroom, and a staircase leading to a small terrace. From here, you can enjoy a lovely view of the town and Monte Capanne.

The Alloro 7 apartment is arranged over two floors. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with pantry, and a bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and includes a mezzanine double bedroom with private bathroom and a second double bedroom, also with private bathroom.
