A short distance from the lively centre of Porto Azzurro, ideal for pleasant summer walks thanks to its characteristic seafront promenade and its craft market held every evening, the apartments are located in a well-kept residential complex in a convenient location for reaching the sea.
The nearest beach is Barbarossa, wild and unspoilt, also accessible on foot along a small inland road for about 600 metres. Partly free and partly equipped, the beach consists of sand mixed with fine gravel and offers various beach services such as pedal boat and canoe rental, motorboats, surfing, mooring buoys and boat docking.
Each apartment has its own unguarded parking space, and access to the small shared swimming pool, which is not equipped, is reserved exclusively for guests of the complex from mid-June to mid-September. In the town, in addition to restaurants, bars and meeting places, scooter, car and mountain bike rentals are available. The property does not accept credit cards.
The apartments may be located on the ground floor or first floor, both with an equipped outdoor area. They have a private entrance, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher, TV and bathroom with shower enclosure.
One-bedroom apartments for 3/4/5/6 guests (approx. 45 sq m): living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. Bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Bathroom.
Pets allowed on request (payment on site), small pets €25.00 per week.
