The Ballerini Apartments are in an area called Sant’Antonio to the east of Capoliveri; it is a very peaceful area and the view of the sea with the gulf of Follonica on the horizon is breathtaking.
The apartments are about 250 metres from the main square in Capoliveri and only 5 minutes from the beaches of Naregno, Zuccale, Morcone, Pareti and Calagrande.
All the apartments have their own parking space, a spacious terrace (55 square metres) with gazebo, table and chairs, awning, sun bed, barbecue, wood oven outside and stone benches.
Access to all the apartments is through a wrought iron gate; there are laurel trees and bougainvilleas around the fencing.
The entire area is cool and refreshing. Each apartment consists of: one bedroom with a double bed, another one with a double bed plus a single bed, spacious kitchen with two-seater sofa, bathroom and box shower. The apartments are fully furnished and have colour TV with HD Sky sat decoder, Wi-Fi, fan, anti mosquito nets on the bedroom windows, and each has its own extra water tank and pump.
