The apartments, located within a family residential property, consist of the Ulivo studio apartment, the 2 one-bedroom apartments Corbezzolo and Limone and the two-bedroom Mirto apartment. They are equipped with all comforts: private parking, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, possibility of linen and large outdoor spaces (terraces and garden), both private and shared. Pets are welcome.
The apartments are located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Porto Azzurro, about 1 km from the town centre and approximately 100 m from the beautiful Barbarossa beach, which offers an equipped beach with canoe and pedal boat hire, a free beach, campsite, restaurants and bars, and a prestigious diving centre offering diving courses and guided excursions.
The town, one of the most picturesque on Isola d'Elba, with its seafront promenade and beautiful square, is located on the south-eastern side of the island and makes it possible to easily reach the other nearby locations such as Capoliveri, Lacona, Marina di Campo, Portoferraio, Rio Marina and the most beautiful beaches on the island.
The town centre can be reached on foot from the apartments, along a secondary road, in just about 15 minutes; in the evening it is also possible to use a free shuttle bus service.
From the nearby Barbarossa beach, you can access the Carmignani walk, a short nature trekking route (about 1 km) of modest difficulty, therefore particularly suitable for children too, with spectacular views overlooking the sea as it runs alongside the ancient Fortezza San Giacomo, currently home to the Porto Azzurro prison; the route ends at Pianotta beach, near the town's seafront promenade.
For lovers of more challenging trekking, the trail to the Santuario di Monserrato, which leads up to Monte della Croce, can easily be reached from the apartments (about 150 m).
