Casa Gaby is a villa consisting of three apartments and a studio apartment. It is located in the village, about 300/350 metres from the historic centre and the long, white Marina di Campo beach (5 minutes on foot). It stands at the foot of a hill with a private park of pine trees, olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. Although convenient and central, the area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery.
Ideal for families looking for a relaxing stay and genuine rest surrounded by nature. Parking space and barbecue for all apartments.
The apartments are equipped with all comforts. Guests only need to provide their own bed and bathroom linen. If requested, the cost is € 12 per person per week.
I personally welcome guests on arrival and, during their stay, they can easily contact me for any needs because I live in the same villa.
The village offers: supermarkets, shops, boutiques, bars, ice cream parlours, restaurants, pizzerias, a bank and pharmacy, and an out-of-hours medical service.
The Municipality provides a bus service to reach the other famous beaches of Cavoli, Seccheto and Fetovaia. In addition, all the other locations on the island can be reached by public transport. A bike-sharing service is available in the village.
Apartment No. 1 (sleeps 5/6)
This apartment has a large private garden (about 1000 sqm with many trees and colourful shrubs), with entrance from the road and private parking. It consists of an entrance hall, living room with sofa bed (single), fireplace and TV, 2 bedrooms (one double and the second with one bed plus a bunk bed), a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Large furnished terrace with table, chairs and parasol. Barbecue.
The apartment must be left clean and tidy. Mandatory final cleaning: € 50.
Apartment No. 2 (sleeps 5 - Max)
This apartment has access to an area of the large terraced garden, equipped with parasol, table and chairs, with trees, shrubs and a view of the villa's pine grove. Private parking for one car. The apartment consists of two bedrooms: one double and the second with three beds, two of which can be joined to make another double bed, living room with TV, equipped kitchen with washing machine, bathroom and separate shower area with hairdryer. Barbecue.
The apartment must be left clean and tidy. Mandatory final cleaning: € 50.
Apartment No. 3 (studio apartment – sleeps 2)
The studio apartment has an area of about 25 sqm. The bed can be either a double bed or two single beds. It has a small equipped kitchenette, fridge, bathroom with shower. TV.
It has a large private outdoor area (about 35 sqm) within the large garden, with plants and shrubs. Furnished with parasol, table, chairs and armchairs. Ideal for dining outdoors. Barbecue. Private parking.
The apartment must be left clean and tidy. Mandatory final cleaning: € 35.
