Casa Gaby is a villa consisting of three apartments and a 1-room flat. It lies at the foot of the hills about 300/350 metres both from the old part of the town of Marina di Campo and the long, white-sands beach (merely a 5 minute walk), and sits on the grounds of a private park rich in pine trees, olive trees and Mediterranean bush.
Although the area is both central and easy to get to it is surrounded by nature so it is very peaceful and quiet, and is perfect for families who wish a relaxing holiday.
Each of the flats has its own parking space and barbecue facilities, and they are all very comfortable. We ask guests to bring their own bed linen and towels but if they wish them on site the weekly cost is €12 per person.
Since I myself live in the villa I am there to welcome guests on their arrival and they need not hesitate to contact me if they need anything during their stay.
In Marina di Campo they will easily find supermarkets, shops, boutiques, bars, ice cream parlours, restaurants, pizzerias, a bank and a chemist, as well as an emergency medical service.
There is a bus service run by the Town Council to and from the nearby beaches of Cavoli, Seccheto and Fetovaia, and you can get to anywhere on the island by public transport. A bike sharing service is also available in the town.
This apartment has its own, private parking space and a large, private garden of about 1000 square metres that is rich in trees and bushes with colourful flowers. Access is from the road. It consists of a hall, sitting room with a single bed settee, open fire, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, two bedrooms (one is a double while the other has a single bed plus bunk beds).
There is also a spacious terrace with table, chairs, a sun umbrella and a barbecue.
We ask guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy on their departure. Compulsory end of stay cleaning: € 50.
The large, terraced garden of the villa is rich in trees and beautiful flowered bushes and looks on to the pine grove; here guests have use of a sun umbrella, table and chairs. It also has its own private parking space and a barbecue.
The apartment consists of: fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, sitting room with TV, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, and two bedrooms: one is a double while the other has three single beds (two of which can be joined together to make a double bed).
We ask guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy on their departure.
Compulsory end of stay cleaning: €50.
Apartment 3 (1-room that sleeps 2)
This 1-room flat measures about 25 square metres. Guests may choose either a double bed or two single beds. It consists of a kitchenette with a fridge, TV, bathroom and shower. It also has its own private parking space.
There is a private outdoor area of about 35 square metres within the garden that is rich in plants and bushes, and where guests will also find a sun umbrella, sun beds, table and chairs and a barbecue if they wish to eat outside.
We ask guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy on their departure. Compulsory end of stay cleaning: €35
