The white sand beach of Lacona is only 450 mt away, where you have the possibility to do all kind of sea sports such as wind surfing and diving. About 800 mt from the apartment complex you'll find a minimarket, bank, pharmacie.

In the center of Portoferraio, about 10 km away, you can find supermarkets and all kind of services. You can also easily reach the villages Capoliveri and Portoazzurro, with their caracteristical centers, only 10/15 min away by car.
