The property is surrounded by a forest of oaks, palms, and the typical Mediterranean scrub “macchia”. It is a 5-minute walk from the Naregno and Straccoligno beaches and is located at the beginning of the Capo Perla promontory, near the Forte Focardo, a 17th-century Spanish fortress.
