The Appartamenti CostaSud are located in the beautiful Morcone Bay, one of the most attractive and distinctive bays on the southern coast of the Isola d’Elba. Situated directly by the sea, within a small residential complex, they offer a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The property has three apartments, all with private entrances and numbered parking spaces in a private parking area. The apartments also feature a private garden or terrace and a shared area with a sun terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower.
On the ground floor there are two one-bedroom apartments sleeping 2/4 people, consisting of a double bedroom, living area with kitchenette, bathroom with shower enclosure and private patio facing the beach.
On the first floor there is a charming studio sleeping 2/3 people, with a separate sleeping area with double bed, living area with single bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower enclosure and sea-facing terrace with awning.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning/heat pump, satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection.
Thanks to their location directly by the sea, the apartments are particularly suitable for families with children and for those looking for a holiday in a peaceful setting. Within the complex there is a bar and restaurant, while a café/tobacconist and a minimarket can be found nearby.
The rates include utilities, initial and final cleaning, air conditioning, reserved parking space and Wi-Fi. Linen is not included, but is available on request.
Pets are allowed for an additional charge.
