The CostaSud Apartments are located in the beautiful bay of Morcone, one of the most stunning and characteristic areas of the southern coast of the Island of Elba. Situated right by the sea, within a small residential complex, they offer a stay focused on comfort and relaxation.
The property features three apartments, all with independent entrances and a numbered parking space in a private parking area. The apartments also offer a private garden or terrace and a shared area with a solarium terrace, barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
On the ground floor, there are two one-bedroom apartments for 2/4 guests, consisting of a double bedroom, a living area with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a private patio facing the beach.
On the first floor, there is a charming studio apartment for 2/3 guests, featuring a separate sleeping area with a double bed, a living area with a single bed and kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a sea-view terrace with a sunshade.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi connection.
Thanks to their seaside location, these apartments are particularly suitable for families with children and for those looking for a holiday in a peaceful environment. Within the complex, there is a bar-restaurant, while nearby you will find a café, a tobacco shop, and a minimarket.
The rates include utilities, initial and final cleaning, air conditioning, a reserved parking space, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen is not included but is available upon request.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
