The Dal Catta Apartments are located in Marina di Campo, one of the liveliest and most appreciated destinations on the Island of Elba, in a convenient position for enjoying a holiday without depending on the car.
The complex, managed directly by the owners, is ideal for guests looking for a comfortable and functional holiday while avoiding the stress of using the car. The location allows guests to reach on foot, in just 350 metres, the beach, the seafront promenade, all the main services of Marina di Campo and the pine grove with children’s playground.
The area is particularly appreciated by families and by guests wishing to move around easily, and is also suitable for young people looking for a convenient starting point to reach the main leisure and entertainment areas, thanks to the bus stop located less than 300 metres away.
The apartments are situated on the ground floor, each with independent entrance, and are equipped with everything needed for the stay, including air conditioning, washing machine, outdoor hot-water shower, parking and barbecue.
Three-room apartment with 5 beds
The three-room apartment is located in the inner part of the property, overlooking the courtyard.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen/living room with oven, large refrigerator, double sink, dishes, coffee machine and everything needed for the holiday. The living area also includes a sofa, TV and air conditioning.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with double bed and single bed. This second bedroom also has an independent entrance. The bathroom is equipped with a large masonry shower, washbasin and bidet.
Outside there is a covered patio, equipped for outdoor dining.
Two-room apartment with 4 beds
The two-room apartment with 4 beds is located in the innermost part of the property and is the most private accommodation, not overlooking passage areas.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen/living room with oven, large refrigerator, hob, double sink, TV and air conditioning. In the living area there are two single beds, not obtained from a sofa bed.
The double bedroom offers the possibility of adding a baby cot. The bathroom has a masonry shower, washbasin and bidet.
Outside there is a private courtyard covered by a masonry canopy, equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing in the shade of orange and lemon trees. An outdoor hot-water shower and a barbecue equipped with utensils are also available.
Service for afternoon departures
For guests with afternoon ferries, it is possible to leave cars and luggage even after check-out, allowing a few more hours at the beach before departure. The outdoor hot-water shower also remains available, particularly convenient after the sea and before travelling home.
Important notes
Registration of all persons staying at the property is mandatory, including in the case of short visits without overnight stay, even if lasting less than one hour. Any guests must be communicated in advance.

- The two-room apartment is available for stays from Sunday to Sunday
Information and agreements
The property has agreements with the dog-friendly beach establishments Bagni Da Gabriele and Bagni C75, both easily reachable on foot.
An agreement is also available with The Bark Side – Centro Cinofilo Isola d’Elba, offering services dedicated to dogs such as exercise area, pool and dog daycare, useful during excursions or visits to locations not accessible to animals, such as Pianosa Island.
The property also provides discounts on ferries operated by Moby, Toremar and Blu Navy through dedicated agreements.
