The Dal Catta Apartments are located in Marina di Campo, one of the liveliest and most popular resorts on the Island of Elba.
The complex, managed directly by the owners, is ideal for guests seeking a comfortable and functional holiday without the need to use a car. The location allows guests to reach, on foot and in just 350 metres, the beach, the promenade, all the main services of Marina di Campo and the pinewood with a children’s playground.
The area is particularly appreciated by families and by guests who wish to move around easily. It is also suitable for young people looking for a convenient base to reach the main leisure and entertainment areas, thanks to the bus stop located less than 300 metres away.
The apartments are located on the ground floor, each with a private entrance, and are equipped with everything needed for the stay, including air conditioning, washing machine, outdoor shower with hot water, parking and barbecue.
Two-room apartment – 4 beds
The two-room apartment is located in the most internal part of the property and is the most private accommodation, not facing passage areas.

Three-room apartment – 7 beds
Located near the entrance of the complex, this is the apartment with the largest outdoor courtyard, equipped with exclusive facilities.

Important notes
Registration of all persons present on the property is mandatory, even in the case of a short stay without overnight accommodation (even less than one hour). Any guests must be communicated in advance.
- Mandatory security deposit: € 120, not in cash, returned at the end of the stay after verification of the condition of the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels: € 20 per person
- Pets allowed with a supplement of € 50 (hypoallergenic dogs or dogs that do not shed are free of charge)
- Minimum age for the stay: 21 years

As the property directly manages the cleaning services and handles multiple apartments, it is necessary to vacate the accommodation of luggage and personal belongings by this time in order to allow cleaning operations to begin. Guests are kindly requested to communicate the ferry schedule in advance. When possible and depending on cleaning organisation, greater flexibility may be agreed.
After Check-out
Even after vacating the accommodation, the following remain available:
- parking area within the property
- area with bathroom and shower to freshen up before departure.
In the case of a late-morning or afternoon ferry, it is possible to spend a few more hours at the beach and depart at a relaxed pace.
