The DUNELBA complex consists of 20 apartments, divided into 10 one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor and 10 studio apartments on the first floor, for a maximum total capacity of 110 guests. All the apartments are privately owned and managed by Gestur s.r.l., which guarantees their quality standards. The location is unique, overlooking the beach (80 m away), from which it is separated by the typical pine grove of tall maritime pines, in the eastern part of the large bay of Marina di Campo, one of the most beautiful on the entire island.
The studio apartments are very spacious and can accommodate up to 4 people, while the one-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 7 people. The beach is partly free access and partly equipped. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas can be rented. Dunelba guests have an agreement with the nearby beach establishments offering discounts and special rates. The complex has a large enclosed communal garden, where children can play freely in complete safety, and a reserved, covered, unattended car park.
