Our apartments are the result of the renovation of an early 20th-century rural farmhouse, where life once followed the rhythm of the sun and the grape harvest, in true Elban tradition.
Il Cipresso is located just 850 meters from the beautiful beach of Marina di Campo, one of the most stunning on the island, featuring white sand and crystal-clear sea. From the apartments, especially those on the first floor, there is also a pleasant sea view, visible in the photos.
The beach can be reached in just 3–4 minutes by bike. Guests have free access to a large fleet of bicycles, including child seats for children up to 30 kg and bikes suitable for children aged 7–9.
The property is located in a very quiet area with low-traffic roads. Outside, there are large green spaces, a Wi-Fi area, laundry facilities, an outdoor shower, barbecue, two covered areas (one private and one shared) equipped for outdoor dining, and private parking. A bakery/bar/pastry shop is located just 50 meters away.

Wilma 4-room apartment (first floor), sleeps 4/7
Spacious fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a third bedroom with three single beds, large bathroom with shower and window. Balcony with a small table for 2–3 people and a sun lounger.
Ciliegio apartment (ground floor), sleeps 2/4
The Il Ciliegio three-room apartment has a private outdoor area equipped with an umbrella, table, and chairs. Inside, it consists of a kitchen with a dining area, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with one or two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and window.
