Beauty and comfort are the special features of these apartments in a dominant position on the gulf and the port of Porto Azzurro, one of the liveliest places on Elba during summer period, the characteristic restaurants, evening markets and the beautiful square overlooking the sea. From the apartments you can reach the village in a few minutes on foot without using the car and find all the necessary shops and services.

Each apartment has a private outdoor area for outdoor dining and relaxing, a bathroom with a shower cabin and the use of a pool of about 110 square meters.

Pool is open from the middle of May to the middle of October , in other periods is not accessible.

Luxury apartment with sea-view terrace, on the first floor. It comes with a double bedroom with an extra bed, a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

Three-room flat N°21 : 5 people

Large and extremely bright flat with panoramic window opening up on a terrace facing the sea. The flat develops on two storeys: the first storey features living room, kitchen, master bedroom and a bathroom with shower; the attic features a master bedroom with the possibility to add a third folding bed, a bathroom with shower and a panoramic solarium. It has a washing machine and wi-fi.

Two-room flat N 23: 4 people

First floor apartment on two levels: at the entrance there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, going up an internal staircase you reach the top floor of the residence where there is a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen area that goes to a terrace with sea view equipped with table and chairs for eating and relaxing outdoors.

Studio flats n.4 and n.3: 2 adults and 2 children

Spacious poolside apartment benefiting from outdoor space equipped for dining, bathroom with shower cubicle and kitchenette. The apt 3 has a double bed +  a sofa bed for 2; while the apt 4 has 2 sofa beds for 2. Carefully furnished and very comfortable.

Swimming pool with sea view in a panoramic position above the town of Porto Azzurro and the beach, both reachable on foot in a few minutes.
