Stella Apartment in Marina di Campo

Stella apartment is located in Marina di Campo, just a short walk from the town centre and the beach, both reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot (about 400 metres). By car, the beautiful Cavoli beach can also be reached in less than 10 minutes and offers a summer-like climate even during the low season.

The area is residential, peaceful and quiet, ideal for families with or without children. Also suitable for two families, maximum 6 guests.

The apartment is close to all amenities, supermarkets (Conad and Coop), a parapharmacy, pharmacy, tourist medical service, various shops, pizzerias, restaurants, delicatessens, bakeries, etc.

It consists of a large double bedroom, where two travel cots can be added, both available in the apartment. The other bedroom, slightly smaller but comfortable, has two single beds that can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed. A travel cot can be placed in the room upon request. The living area is spacious and bright, with a TV, sofa, dining area and kitchen.
The kitchen is new and equipped with everything necessary: hob with extractor hood and filters, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink with basin and draining board. It is provided with crockery and kitchenware.

Bed linen and towels are not available, but they can be rented for €15 per week (the kit includes sheets and towels).

The bathroom has a large shower.

Stella apartment is located on the ground floor and has an exclusively available equipped and fenced small garden, with barbecue, heated outdoor shower, table with parasol and sun loungers.

Reserved parking space in the private car park in front of the property. A second parking space may be available only if requested in advance.

Apartment in Seccheto

The apartment is located 30 metres from the sea and Seccheto beach, a charming seaside village in the municipality of Campo nell'Elba. Marina di Campo can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes and Cavoli beach in about 3 minutes (it can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by bus, as the bus stop is close to the house).

Seccheto is a peaceful seaside village, ideal for a relaxing holiday without necessarily having to use the car. There are 2 minimarkets, restaurants and pizzerias, a newsagent, a general store, a parapharmacy and a bakery. The sandy beach is partly free and partly equipped.

The apartment is located along the small road leading to the sea: simply step through the gate, walk a few steps and you will reach the beach.

The apartment has a large double bedroom, with direct access from the bedroom to the bathroom with shower.

The kitchen was recently built and is fully equipped with crockery and kitchenware, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a TV.

Outside, in addition to a private fenced small garden, there is an equipped terrace for dining outdoors both during the day and in the evening.
