In this peaceful corner, surrounded by greenery and just a stone's throw from the crystal-clear waters, there are two independent apartments: La Pergola, directly overlooking the beach, and La Ninfea, with a panoramic view of the gulf.
Apartment La Pergola
With a direct view of Forno Beach, this monolocale, carefully renovated in 2018, is the perfect choice for those who want to wake up to the sound of the sea. The interior space, cozy yet functional, consists of a living area with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, and an LCD TV.
All windows are fitted with mosquito nets, and outside, there is a furnished terrace, ideal for outdoor meals or enjoying the sunset colors. A private parking space is available about 50 meters away, along the main road.
The stay includes Wi-Fi, utilities (water, electricity, gas), and final cleaning. On request, cots and high chairs for children are available. Pets are welcome.
Apartment La Ninfea
Situated in a quiet, panoramic location, just a few steps from Forno Beach, La Ninfea is a spacious apartment with a private garden and a furnished terrace offering a magnificent view of the Gulf of Biodola.
The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a second room with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a single sofa bed, and a kitchen complete with a washing machine. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a TV, a barbecue, and private parking.
The beaches of Scaglieri and Biodola are about 300 meters away, where you’ll find a mini-market, restaurants, and pizzerias. The price includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. Pets are welcome.
