The renovation of a farmhouse has created two three-room apartments: one on the first floor (Casetta Rossa, 65 m²) and the other in a detached house nearby (Casetta Gialla, approximately 70 m²).
The apartments are simply and functionally furnished. Equipped for a standard holiday stay, they have a private entrance, Wi-Fi and a refrigerator.
They are located in a quiet area with a large garden, conveniently close to local services. The property is fully fenced, accessed through a gate and includes car parking. Portoferraio’s historic centre and port are just 3 km away. The various beaches on both the northern and southern sides of the island can be reached within a few minutes by car. The nearest is Le Ghiaie beach, 3 km away.
Final cleaning and utilities are included for all apartments.
A cot with safety rails for small children can be provided at no extra cost.
Midweek stays are available.
Pets are accepted on request.
Casetta Rossa: 2 double bedrooms sleeping 4, spacious kitchen/living room with a small terrace, bathroom with shower cubicle, ground-floor outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs.
Casetta Gialla: 1 double bedroom + 1 triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower cubicle, furnished outdoor area under the portico, with a table and chairs.
