Holiday homes and apartments in a small complex of four units, located in Lido di Capoliveri, about 600 metres from the beach of the same name.
The apartments are set in a fenced park of approximately 1,500 square metres, available to guests and equipped with children's play facilities.
The one-bedroom apartments, with private parking space, are on the ground floor; they consist of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, colour TV and air conditioning (paid service); all have an equipped veranda with table, chairs and sun loungers.
Guests can use several shared facilities, including a barbecue, gazebo, outdoor shower, washbasin and washing machine (paid service).
All facilities and services are available at Lido beach, while the peaceful Felciaio beach and the small rocky areas nearby can be reached on foot within a few hundred metres.
The nearest towns are Porto Azzurro, approximately 3.5 kilometres away, and Capoliveri, approximately 6 kilometres away. However, one kilometre away there are a supermarket, a fish shop, ATMs and fruit and vegetable stalls selling local produce.
